The objective of the grievance procedure is to resolve complaints and ensure a quick and fair resolution to problems arising from the administration of the agreement or other conditions of employment, by providing the exclusive vehicle in accordance with the treaty between CWA and Article 4 of the New Jersey Treaty, appeal procedure; on the resolution of complaints. A worker has the power to apply this appeal procedure and to be represented by the Union on request in accordance with this article.
